Mayor Don Haddix called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Council Members present: Vanessa Fleisch, Erik Imker, Kim Learnard, and Doug Sturbaurn. The purpose was of the special called meeting was enter into executive session to threatened or pending litigation. Irnker moved to convene in executive session to discuss threatened or pending litigation. Sturbaurn seconded. The motion carried unanimously. lmker moved to reconvene in regular session at 6:56 p.m. Leamard seconded. The motion carried unanimously. Leamard moved to approve the settlement agreement as discussed in executive session. Fleisch seconded. The motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to discuss, Sturbaurn moved to adjourn. Leamard seconded. ,...." The motion carried unanimously.
