THE DEVELOPER SHALL CORRECT AND REPAIR OR CAUSE TO BE CORRECTED AND REPAIRED ALL DAMAGES TO SAID IMPROVEMENTS RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER.
