THE DEVELOPER SHALL CORRECT AND REPAIR OR CAUSE TO BE CORRECTED AND REPAIRED ALL DAMAGES' TO SAID IMPROVEMENTS RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER.
