<br /> WHERSAS, said Declarant is the owner of the subdivision known
<br />as P~ESTWiCK, UNIT 1 being a subdivision of all tho~e certain lots,
<br />tracts 9r parcels of land lying and being in Land Lot 40, ~istriot
<br />~th, ~&¥ette County, Ga. and being more particularly described in
<br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

<br /> WHEREAS, it is to the interest, benefit and advantage of

<br />PROPERTY HEREBY SUBJECTED TO T~LIS DECLARATION

<br /> The lots which are, by the recording of this Declaraticn,
<br />subjected to the covenants, r~strictions and easements hereafter
<br />set forth and which, by virtue of the recording of this
<br />Declaration, shall be held, transferred, sold, conveyed, used,
<br />ceca?Led and mortgaged or otherwise encumbered subject to this
<br />Deciarauion, are all those certain lots numbered (ZS) through and
<br />inc!uding (64) shown on that certain plat of subdivision recorded
<br />in Plat Book 23, Page $$, Fa~stte County, Georgia Records and
<br />incorporated and made a part hereof by this reference. Said plat
<br />is hereinafter referred to as the "Plat", said lots as shown on the
<br />Plat and as defined in Article IV, Section 8, paragraph (b) hereof
<br />are hereinafter referred to singularly as the "Lot" and
<br />collec%ively as the "Lots", and the Lots together with all of the
<br />other real property shown on the Plat are hereinafter referred to
<br />as the "ProDerty".

<br />PROTECTIVE COVENANTS
